It’s been a little crazy around here.

Shut up peanut gallery.

Besides all of the general “clean up yard after tenants neglected it for a year” and “fix up the dock and fish shack” stuff, today we ran around pricing beds and buying junque for the house.  We ended up with a king size – WOO!  Room to sleep!

The best purchase I made today?

A Mossberg 500 .410 pump action field rifle.  My cold dark heart is going pitter patter.  While I was talking to the guy at the gun shop about where and why and all that fun stuff, his comment was “even crack addicts know the sound of a pump action rifle”.

Exactly.

Because I was blog slacking (but not life slacking) yesterday and most of today, (Although, I did get a few rounds done on a sock while Texas was playing in Home Depot) here’s the Manic Monday stuff:

If you were a Survivor contestant, what would be your luxury item? Yarn and needles.  Do you know all the crap I could make? Clothing, fishing nets, blankets. Swiss army knife (I though for sure he was going to say Stacey again, but he wisened up)

I was going to share a bonus video, but you tube doesn’t like avi files – and I don’t feel like playing around right now.
